Today Indian healthcare is pacing very fast, on one end we have state of the art infrastructure and high-quality equipment but on the other spectrum the GAP in trained healthcare professional still remains a challenge. HDI (Human development Index) of India and especially of Uttar Pradesh has been consistently low. Healthcare in India is undergoing many changes and is in the phase of transition.

We aim at filling the current gaps existing in the field of Healthcare through Quality work and creating Human Capital par excellence. We believe that by training staff and developing skills we not only increase their levels of professionalism but also improve employee attitude, patient satisfaction, and physician satisfaction. It has been seen that training and development of healthcare employees has been of great benefit to patients, who reap the rewards of happy, well trained staff who attend to them.

Certification courses

  1. PGDHM Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management : This is  a One year program with 3 months internship. This has been designed with a focus of helping those individuals who are already working in the hospital or healthcare industry and need the right kind of orientation towards correct practices in the industry. This will also help those who plan to pursue their career in the field of healthcare. This is an implementation based program with focus on creating managers,administrators, Quality personnel who would work towards making a compliant environment for patient safety, satff safety and facility safety. It requires an individual to complete a three month internship by taking up live projects which will help in learning through practical issues faced in the industry.
  2. Infection Control Nurse Program: Hospital Associated Infection are one of the leading causes for increased length of stay, Increased Antibiotics,cross infection and even deaths. A good Hospital Infection Control program can greatly contribute towards Patient Safety, Staff Safety and Environment Safety. In collaboration with qualified microbiologist and clinicians we provide training to healthcare professional on infection control practices, use of antibiotics, management of outbreaks and monitoring and documentation of existing practices. This is a 4 week certification program with two days contact session.
  3. Management of laboratory services: Guided by ISO15189 :2012 standards 3 day program is organised based upon availability of the participants. These programs can be done at the site of the laboratories or can be organised at R K Devi Healthcare Solutions for participants from different laboratories.
  4. Safety certification program for safety officer: Guided by OSHA guidelines and National Disaster Mangement guidelines, programs are organised for healthcare personnel who are actively managing safety portfolios in their organisation. Participants are trained with the help of Role plays, mock drills and involvement of local fire department .Administrators and managers who look into day to day operations for having a better understanding of safety protocols can also attend these programs
  5. BLS, ACLS & PALS & NALS: It has been found that majority of deaths whether within the hospital or outside occur due to cardiac arrest, underlying cause could be anything. Below is a review of health care statistics of India & Uttar Pradesh :
  • In 2016, heart diseases were the biggest killer, accounting for 28.1% of all deaths in India,
  • Only two per cent of Indians are trained in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Awareness on patient resuscitation through CPR is minimal. This program aims at providing training on BLS ( Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advance Cardiac Life Support), PALS ( Pediatric Advance Cardiac Life Support) & NALS ( Neonate Advance Cardiac Life Support) as per AHA ( American Heart Association guidelines). The training shall be delivered by AHA certified instructors.

6. Healthcare Risk management: Healthcare organizations need to develop a culture of safety where even the ‘lowest-ranking’ member of the team feels safe to speak up and ask a question to protect patients and employees.” Healthcare risk management overlaps with a variety of disciplines including case management, compliance, legal, quality, patient safety and performance improvement. This program helps to understand underlying risk which is an integral part of healthcare industry, Identifying these risk and their probable severity helps in better managemnet of healthcare environment. The program is a 8 week certified program, conducted by certified professional in the field of Healthcare Risk mangement

7. Nursing Excellence We provide continuous support to hospitals and healthcare institutions to prepare their nursing staff towards professional excellence, critical thinking, building competencies to meet the nursing credentials. Through this program we assess the competencies of nursing staff in existing healthcare settings throgh written test/role play/ practical & viva. GAPS are identified and then with a continuos 10 day onsite curriculum nursing staff is trained for the identified GAPS. Consecutive feedback is taken after 20 days to undersatnd the effectivity of training. 

8.Corporate Training : With  increasing targets, extended working hours, multitasking and ever increaing expectations from customers and superiors, corporate trainings are important to sustain the level of motivation of employees . We have designed a corporate module which is a combination of  communication skills, etiquettes & manners, stress management techniques, Basic Life support & Grievance protocol under SHWP  Act. 

9.SICS & PHACO fellowship & Training : R K Devi Eye Center is a single speciality tertiary Eye care Center. This center was established on 15th April 1979 by Dr Awadh Dubey a senior ophthalmologist in memory of his late mother. Training wing of R K Devi Eye center has been established by Dr Gaurav Dubey, who has been trained with the latest technique in the field of eye care. The institute organises short term training on Phacoemulsification and SICS surgeries, candidates are enrolled every two months for the training curriculum. One year fellowship program on Glaucoma and Refractive surgery is also available.
